• No extra charges — what you see is what you pay.

Special Monthly Rates

We offer discounted monthly prices for longer stays.
Please note:

• These rates do not include a 60 leva charge for final cleaning and utilities.

• Utility costs are billed separately based on actual usage.

Typical Utility Costs 

• Summer/Winter (excluded heating)

  • Electricity: approx. 30–50 leva/month, per person

  • Water: approx. 15 leva/month, per person

• Winter, Heating:

  • Electricity: typically 80–250 leva/month, depending on temperature set and if working from home.
